Kids are always a handful, and yes, even in games. Carrie had graduated from being a nursery help to being a preschool teacher. And if you think she's got it easier, think again! In Carrie the Caregiver 2 - Preschool, Carrie juggles teaching, babysitting, wiping sniffles, and entertaining impatient kiddies. Whew. Don't worry, it gets better.
The game, which has 75 levels overall, is divided into five categories -- painting, matching shapes, lunch break, writing name activity, and baking cookies (in that order). Each level in that category increases in difficulty and you'll find yourself being hustled around without much of a choice as kindergartners start bawling and demanding more. The game play entails a very high level of multi-tasking, patience, and perception. If you think you know how it is to care for one kid, just imagine caring for dozens! Think day care.
In the painting section, you would have to direct children to the easels, give them paint brushes as well as paints, clean the work area up, and hang the portraits. You should also make sure the kids in line are kept seated or entertained with either a book or a teddy bear. You could play your guitar if things get out of hand. Your assistant will be handing out refreshments to restore your depleted energy and your in-line skates for temporary speed boost. The gameplay is similar for the next categories and each one could drive you nuts when the kids start piling up and you can't seem to know where to start. Colors are a primary factor because matching the children's shirt colors with the easels, paints, and portrait hangers provides extra points.
Carrie the Caregiver 2 - Preschool, is an excellent way to pass your time. Aside from the game itself, there are also mini games (which are supposedly games in Carrie's mobile phone) to be unlocked as you go along. Carrie's Blog also provides a sense of realism though it might be hard for one to imagine Carrie being real -- after all, who gets hustled by a roomful of kids and still be that happy and softspoken? Only Carrie, definitely.
